Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our New Jersey or New York Offices to assist attorneys with corporate transactions. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and succession planning, financial and transactional practice. In addition, they must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
