Duties

• Assist financial institutions with commercial loan workouts.
• Draft forbearance agreements and loan restructuring documents.
• Prepare motions and manage discovery processes.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with lenders and other counsel independently.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain admission in the State of Iowa promptly.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active attorney license.
