Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any state or U.S. territory.

• Fluency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience handling family-based immigration cases.

• Familiarity with asylum processes and deportation defense.

Education:
