• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver tailored legal solutions

• Maintain a high standard of written and oral communication in all client and internal correspondence

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in transactional legal practice, including corporate, finance, or real estate law

• Proven ability to manage client-facing responsibilities independently and as part of a team

• High level of interpersonal intelligence and professional communication

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligibility for immediate reciprocity
