Duties:

• Provide legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and financial issues related to divorce.
• Represent clients through California family court procedures and negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing emotional support and legal advice throughout the legal process.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate documentation and filings.
• Collaborate with other team members while maintaining an independent work approach.
• Provide strategic problem-solving and advise clients on the best course of action in complex family law cases.

Requirements:

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Strong background in divorce financial issues, domestic violence, and child custody matters.
• Demonstrated expertise in California family court procedures.
• Excellent client communication and case management skills.

• 4-6 years of dedicated family law experience.
