Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury and civil litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in trial and deposition activities.

• Travel for work-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Active Bar License in Arizona, Idaho, or Utah.
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in the state of hire.
