Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and arbitration sessions, delivering persuasive presentations and negotiations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal solutions that align with their business goals.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and share insights on best practices.
• Stay informed about developments in commercial law and relevant regulations, contributing to the firm's knowledge base and client advisories.

Requirements

• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex cases.
• Strong understanding of commercial law principles, litigation procedures, and courtroom practices.

Education and Certifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York.
