Duties

• Handle civil litigation and insurance defense cases from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Maintain case deadlines and manage caseload efficiently
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and legal teams on case strategy

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or related practice areas
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with legal teams
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management software

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California and/or Nevada State Bar
