Profile

Under the general direction of Attorneys, this job is responsible for performing specifically-delegated secretarial and administrative work.
Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters and reports (transcription)
Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material
Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, preparing for meetings
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Ensure payment of vendor invoices
Maintaining Attorneys’ calendars
Answering phones
Filing
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Legal Secretarial experience
Knowledge of SC and Federal court system
Requires strong computer skills with 65 WPM
Professional interpersonal & communication skills; communicates effectively with Attorneys and other professionals
Good analytical skills
Ability to multi-task
