Duties

• Manage litigation matters and interact with co-counsel and clients.
• Take and defend depositions, and appear in court.
• Draft court filings and legal documents.
• Develop litigation skills and grow responsibilities over time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing ability and public speaking skills.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Interest or background in antitrust litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
