Senior Tax Accountant - International Tax
Responsibilities: Preparation of the international components of the U.S. Federal consolidated corporation income tax return. Assist with the preparation, review, or calculation of earnings and profits, Subpart F, foreign source income, foreign tax credits, GILTI, FDII, and BEAT and other international tax calculations for provision purposes. Assist with the review Forms 8858, 5471 and other U.S. return disclosures for income tax filings . Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual tax provision for Bose’s foreign subsidiaries, including uncertain tax positions. Assist with the calculation of cash taxes paid and the analysis of permanently reinvested foreign earnings. Assist with the calculation and analysis of transfer pricing adjustments. Demonstrates a working knowledge of tax law including the ability to perform tax research and to prepare technical memorandums as required. Other tasks as requested.
