Duties:

• Perform due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Articulate legal strategies and courses of action effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior organizational skills.

Requirements:

• 8-14 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Attorney.
• Registration with the USPTO.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent academic record.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
• Superior judgment in legal matters.
• Active Bar license in WI.
