Duties

• Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments relevant to IP litigation.
• Develop and assist in preparing client alerts, white papers, and blog posts.
• Create and maintain practice resources to enhance knowledge exchange.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and related materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance branding and market presence.
• Provide information for business development opportunities.
• Foster consistency and know-how within the group.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop technology solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years in patent litigation.
• Experience in trade secret litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
