Duties:

• Manage and execute complex commercial and healthcare-related litigation cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed legal analysis
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys and support staff
• Represent clients in negotiations and settlement discussions
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation
• Prior experience in complex commercial litigation or healthcare controversy matters will be highly regarded.
• Strong background in commercial litigation or healthcare disputes is preferred
• Licensed to practice law in New York State
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven research and writing experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York State
