Duties

• Engage in M&A, leveraged buyouts, and corporate governance.
• Manage complex commercial transactions with precision.
• Interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and advisors.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts within the firm.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience in a sophisticated law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements.
• Interest or experience in ESOP M&A is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
