Job Overview:
A well-established plaintiff-focused law firm with an expanding presence in Arizona is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing legal team. This opportunity offers meaningful, client-centered work advocating on behalf of injured individuals. The role is ideally suited to an attorney experienced in managing a high-volume personal injury caseload and who can operate independently while contributing to a collaborative legal environment. Initial remote work is available until the Phoenix office opens.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury matters, including intake, investigation, case strategy, and resolution.

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury claims, ensuring their rights are protected and fair compensation is pursued.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and related correspondence.

• Negotiate with opposing counsel, insurers, and third parties to secure optimal case outcomes.

• Coordinate closely with internal legal staff and support personnel to drive cases forward efficiently.

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients throughout their cases.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona and good standing.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.

• Solid understanding of Arizona personal injury statutes, procedural rules, and insurance practices.

• Proven results in obtaining favorable settlements or verdicts for injured clients.

• Capability to handle a substantial caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations.

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
