Duties:
Serve as the lead attorney on high-conflict divorce and custody cases
Manage litigation from the filing of the case through final judgment
Guide clients through the resolution process, including trial if necessary
Collaborate with a mission-driven and supportive team of professionals
Work within a structured firm that offers mentorship without micromanagement
Handle 35-45 active cases with strategic direction
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing (Required)
3+ years of family law litigation experience in divorce and custody cases (Required)
Experience managing at least 30-50 cases as lead attorney (Required)
Strong written and oral advocacy skills (Required)
Reliable transportation to appear in court in several Massachusetts counties (Required)
Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to manage high-conflict situations (Required)
Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining quality work and client service (Required)
A growth mindset and desire for professional development (Required)
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)
Certifications:
