Senior Counsel- Mergers and Acquisitions

The candidate will assist in domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture formations. Managing the transaction process from inception to closing, including management of outside counsel, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents (including stock and asset purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and transition services agreements), and management of the due diligence process. Must have experience leading complex transactions, including management of other attorneys assisting on the transaction and due diligence teams. A Law degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. Should have 6+ years of M&A experience in private practice. Superior written and verbal communication skills are needed.
