The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience handling diverse real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients, including public agencies, private developers, and commercial property owners.

Duties

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing.
• Advise on zoning, land use, and regulatory matters, including public contracts.
• Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, and environmental reviews.
• Handle landlord-tenant matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various practice areas.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• NJ license required; PA and/or NY preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Skills

• Proficiency in real estate law and transactions.
