• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing before a State Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in copyright law, licensing, and enforcement.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex copyright matters independently.
