- Collaborate with litigation attorneys for dispute resolution if necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to execute complex legal transactions.
- Meet quarterly billable requirement of 450 hours.
- Engage in continuous learning and support other projects as needed.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license with at least one year of experience drafting title opinions in Oklahoma.
- Familiarity with preparing large, unit-wide division order ownerships.
