Employment Litigation Associate
The candidate should have 4+ years of experience. Should preferably be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting motions, and drafting agency position statements. Experience with OSHA is a plus. Prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but candidates with general litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Kentucky; Indiana admission is a plus.
