Duties

• Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including legal strategy and research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery processes.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations and trials.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor under experienced partners.

Requirements

• 3 - 7+ years of civil litigation experience, including defending tort claims.
• Experience in legal research, document analysis, and drafting memoranda.
• Proficiency in preparing pleadings, discovery, and legal briefs.
• Experience in depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar in the practicing jurisdiction or via reciprocity.
