A reputable Pennsylvania law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of transactional experience to support its Corporate and Tax Group. Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA

Duties:

• Represent clients in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings

• Draft and negotiate contracts, business agreements, and related legal documents

• Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues

• Assist clients with business succession planning

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on corporate law issues

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support client needs

• Manage multiple assignments with efficiency and attention to detail

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in corporate transactional matters

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or general corporate law

• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional work ethic

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Skills:

• Broad understanding of general corporate law
