A law firm seeks an IP & Technology Litigation Associate in San Francisco, CA. This full-time role involves working with diverse clients on technology, Internet law, crypto, privacy, intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Duties

• Handle Internet law class actions related to consumer protection laws.
• Manage complex commercial litigation involving cryptocurrency and technology companies.
• Address privacy and data security incidents and related litigation.
• Engage in intellectual property matters, including trade secret and patent issues.
• Litigate cases involving artificial intelligence and data collection.
• Work on speech-related technology litigation, including defamation cases.

Requirements

• Three years of litigation experience.
• Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings and managing discovery.
• Interest in technology, Internet law, and complex commercial litigation.
• In-house litigation management experience is a plus.
• Good standing with the CA Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
