Job Overview:
A reputable law firm based in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a Trademark Litigation Attorney with early-career experience in intellectual property disputes. The role is ideal for candidates with a foundation in federal court litigation, and preferably familiarity with TTAB or PTAB proceedings. This position provides an opportunity to be part of a high-performing legal team focused on IP protection and enforcement, with a strong emphasis on mentorship, litigation exposure, and career development.

Duties:

• Handle trademark-related disputes before federal courts

• Assist in administrative proceedings before the TTAB and/or PTAB

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and discovery materials

• Conduct legal research and analysis for complex IP matters

• Participate in client communications, strategy development, and case preparation

• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case progression

• Attend hearings and support oral arguments when needed

Requirements:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar

• At least 1 year of experience handling litigation matters

• Prior exposure to intellectual property litigation, specifically trademark cases

• Familiarity with TTAB or PTAB proceedings preferred

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic performance is required

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar (mandatory)

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

• Strong legal research and drafting proficiency
