Duties

• Manage personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents.
• File lawsuits and draft/respond to written discovery.
• Take depositions and participate in mediation.
• Handle all aspects of the litigation process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials.
• 1st chair trial experience with at least 7 trials to verdict.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience interacting directly with clients and evaluating cases.

Education

• Doctorate (Required)

Certifications

• Texas Bar License (Required)

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting motions and memoranda.
• Personal injury experience is required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
