Westmoreland Manor is seeking applicants for

part-time Custodial workers at the rate of $15.00 per hour. The purpose of this position is to perform general housekeeping of Westmoreland Manor areas as directed. Applicants may also be trained in, and fill-in, at the laundry department.

Requirements include

bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing a ladder; the ability to use a broom, mop, dust mop, duster, vacuum, shop-vac; and the ability to operate a variety of custodial equipment including a floor stripper, buffer, and carpet scrubber.

Job duties in laundry include

but are not exclusive or all-inclusive: loads and unloads dryers, f

olds blankets, towels, linens, and personal items

ills and delivers carts of cleansed and folded laundry to floors

, c

leans lint filters on dryers.

Applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience in housekeeping and/or laundry preferred. County residency must be established within 180 days and maintained throughout employment.
