Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes to offer strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in litigation involving insurance coverage matters, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Stay current on developments in insurance law and industry trends to provide up-to-date legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and prepare for hearings and trials.
• Efficiently manage a caseload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Proven experience in handling complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated superior research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
