Associate Professor or Professor, Law

The candidate will expertise in Criminal/Evidence Law – — ideally (though not necessarily) combined with teaching interest in Administrative Law; Should demonstrate excellence in scholarship and teaching or the potential for such excellence. The faculty member will also contribute to mentoring students, including those from underrepresented backgrounds, participate in outreach, and contribute to College and university service. Our faculty also help to develop innovative approaches to enhancing student engagement, increasing diversity and expanding collaborations with community and business partners. Should be engaged with multiple communities, interested in working across disciplines, and thus prepared to serve the needs of its increasingly diverse and global student body. Candidates poised in their teaching and scholarship to respond to structural changes to legal education and the legal market are of particular interest. The duties and responsibilities include all of those encompassed by a tenure/tenure track position, including teaching, scholarship, publication, service to the College and University. Possess JD degree or equivalent.
