Duties

• Handle mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, and growth equity transactions.
• Manage venture capital transactions and exits, and equity compensation matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.

Requirements

• Over three years of experience in asset management M&A.
• Proactive with strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in Washington, DC.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the resident office's location.

Skills

• Strong experience in GP stakes transactions.
• Ability to manage corporate and transactional matters effectively.
