Duties

• Brief and argue dispositive and discovery motions, and prepare for trials.

Requirements

• Able to work independently while managing multiple files.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a law firm environment.
• Strong decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Comfortable taking depositions and conducting examinations at trial.
