Duties

• Handle wage and hour compliance and leave of absence matters.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide general employment counseling.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in employment-related litigation.
• Active membership in the Georgia bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
