A law firm seeks an experienced Nursing Home Personal Injury Attorney in Plantation, FL. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, with opportunities available in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, or Port St. Lucie.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Active FL State Bar membership
