Duties

• Manage and assist with misdemeanor and felony cases.
• Appear regularly in municipal and common pleas courts, primarily in Franklin County.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
• Communicate directly with clients, prosecutors, and court personnel.
• Assist in trial preparation and case strategy.

Requirements

• Licensed in Ohio and in good standing.
• 0-5 years of experience, with criminal defense preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and courtroom presence.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
