Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly experienced litigation attorney to join its Premises Liability Defense Practice Group in West Palm Beach, FL. This remote position offers leadership opportunities within a collaborative litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of premises liability experience and be adept at managing cases from start to finish.

Duties

• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and fact witnesses
• Attend and argue at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare for and try jury and bench trials
• Perform site inspections and coordinate with experts
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and discovery motions
• Engage in comprehensive case evaluation, strategy, and client reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of premises liability experience
• Proven ability to manage cases from intake through trial and resolution
• Experience with depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrations
• Above average communication, litigation, and client management skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
