Duties

• Review and assess potential personal injury claims to determine merit and develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and explain legal processes.
• Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including obtaining medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing parties to secure favorable settlements for clients.
• Prepare and review necessary documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure smooth transitions of cases to the litigation phase when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations throughout all interactions and processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, with a strong understanding of personal injury law.
• Minimum of over 4 years of experience in personal injury law, focused on motor vehicle accident and commercial vehicle accident cases, with a preference for pre-litigation expertise.
