Residential Real Estate Attorney Associate

The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following:

Title rundown/review/recording; P & S review/revision; Refinance and purchase closing; Lender, Realtor, and client relations; Familiarity with various industry software; Must be in good standing with the MA Bar, have current MA Notary commission, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to closings all over the state, in the evening, and occasionally on Saturday. Bar membership and/or Notary commission in neighboring states a plus but not required.
