- Serve as legal counsel at hearings, mediations, trials, and depositions.
- Maintain effective communication with all parties to efficiently resolve cases.
- Draft settlement demands and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Louisiana State Bar and in good standing.
- Extensive experience in handling workers' compensation cases.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
