Elder Law and Medicaid Planning Associate

The candidate will support a robust Medicaid planning practice, working directly with the team leader and advising clients on complex elder law planning issues. The attorney will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, helping manage workflow in the group, and working with various other attorneys and paralegals across the firm’s platform. Should preferably have practiced as an attorney for 2 years. Strong communication skills, writing skills, and work ethic are required. Although relevant experience will be favorably considered, the successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced practice; have superior organizational skills; have the ability to integrate and work well in a team environment, including taking direction, supervising, and learning from all team members; and possess empathy and enjoy working with seniors and their families during challenging life events. Must have demonstrated experience using technology-based resources to track and manage workflow for a group.
