Quincy office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with preferably 4-8 years of experience and some trial experience. The candidate should have prior experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, taking and defending depositions (with an emphasis in malpractice, commercial, business, employment, insurance defense, asbestos, workers compensation). Should be experienced in composition of complaints, motions, discovery, briefs, including appellate work, and legal research. Must be admitted in Illinois. Missouri Bar admission is helpful, and must be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
