Handle complex Hatch-Waxman litigation, including regulatory matters related to pharmaceutical patents
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
Conduct all phases of fact and expert discovery
Collaborate with trial teams to develop litigation strategy
Provide counsel on IP-related regulatory concerns involving the Hatch-Waxman Act
Work with interdisciplinary teams including scientific, patent, and regulatory experts
Minimum 2 years of experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation
Experience handling briefs, discovery, and expert witness engagement
Familiarity with pharmaceutical and biotech intellectual property cases
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
Background in life sciences or technical fields (e.g., chemistry, biology) preferred
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work independently and within collaborative legal teams
