Job Details

The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for:

• Drafting, preparing, and handling pleadings, motions, orders, and legal memoranda.
• Drafting and responding to written discovery and dispositive motions.
• Conducting legal research competently and with proficiency.
• Preparing and taking depositions of parties and experts.
• Reviewing client documents, drafting case evaluations, and status report correspondence.
• Assisting with and participating in mediations and court appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Preferred experience in class action or commercial litigation.
