Duties

• Represent clients with liability insurance providers.
• Review demand packets for accuracy and completeness.
• Establish criteria for settlement demands and present them to insurance providers.
• Negotiate settlements effectively.
• Consult with the COO on complex or denied claims.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys on cases moving to litigation.
• Supervise case managers and legal assistants.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and licensed in Idaho; additional licenses in Washington and/or Utah are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of the legal system and liability insurance practices.
• Ability to develop trust with clients and staff.
• Enjoy helping and interacting with people.
• Driven and take pride in work.

Education

• Juris Doctorate

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho
