Litigation Paralegals:

The candidate will work in Civil and Workers’ Compensation (defense) dockets. Candidates must be have at least 2 to 5 years of experienced preferred, highly organized, have excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment and think creatively. Candidates must have the ability to summarize medical records d be familiar with medical terminology, preparing discovery requests and responses (Request for Production, Admissions & Interrogatories/ Responses to same), calendar pleading deadlines, ethically capture billing assignments/tasks, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work independently.
