Duties

• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and drafting legal documents for various credit transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on matters related to finance, including secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending, and other complex financial arrangements.
• Collaborate with team members to manage client relationships and deliver innovative legal solutions.
• Research and analyze legal and financial issues to support transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in all finance-related matters.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Proven track record of handling complex financial transactions.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Texas State Bar or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.
