Duties

• Represent debtors, creditor's committees, lenders, and investors.
• Draft bankruptcy petitions, pleadings, and plans.
• Engage in bankruptcy-related litigation, including preference and conveyance actions.
• Represent DIP lenders and borrowers.
• Advise clients on Chapter 11 bankruptcy preparations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Clerkship experience with a bankruptcy judge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Understanding of business accounting issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) with impressive academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
