Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm based in Marlton, NJ, seeks a motivated Associate Attorney with at least two years of litigation experience, preferably within family law. Duties:

• Meet and communicate with clients regarding case strategy and legal proceedings

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and conferences

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to manage case files

• Provide strategic advice and case updates to clients throughout the litigation process

• Maintain detailed case notes and manage deadlines for filings and court appearances

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to family law matters

• Strong drafting and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proven courtroom experience and confidence in advocating for clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to manage sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion
