The attorney will contribute to strategic litigation efforts, addressing critical legal matters such as asylum, procedural due process, and court-based advocacy.

Job Location:

• Baltimore, MD

• Remote Status: Fully Remote

Duties:

• Advocate on behalf of clients before U.S. immigration courts

• Develop case strategies in collaboration with legal teams

• Manage a robust caseload with multiple active deadlines

• Draft, edit, and file court submissions including motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case arguments

• Monitor changes in immigration legislation and precedent-setting case law

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited institution

• Active and valid license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction or Puerto Rico

• Fully authorized to work in the United States

• Fluent proficiency in Spanish

• Minimum of 3 years practicing immigration litigation law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in good standing (any U.S. state or territory)

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload

• Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work independently

• Analytical thinker with sound judgment and legal interpretation skills

• Comfortable navigating evolving legal landscapes
