Location:

• Pittsburgh, PA

Duties:

• Draft and respond to written discovery

• Conduct detailed reviews of medical records

• Draft legal correspondence, case updates, and client reports

• Prepare and argue motions and preliminary objections

• Attend and participate in depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnesses

• Assist senior attorneys in trial preparation and attend trials

• Collaborate with legal team on strategy development and case progression

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience

• Strong interest in medical malpractice defense litigation

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Eagerness to grow professionally and develop trial skills

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage case documents

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required)

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with reviewing complex medical records

• Ability to analyze case facts and anticipate litigation needs
